Yourway Learning Secures $9 Million Bridge Round to Fuel International Expansion of AI-Driven K–12 Platform

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – November 28, 2025 – Yourway Learning, a fast-growing AI-powered EdTech startup, today announced the successful close of a $9 million bridge funding round to expand its K–12 platform into new U.S. regions and international markets. The round, led by Greybull Stewardship with participation from existing investors, brings the company’s total funding to $15 million since its inception.

The new capital will support the rollout of Yourway Spark, the company’s real-time AI student environment, now in pilot programs across multiple U.S. school districts.
