Users claiming or submitting business listings must be authorized representatives of the registered corporate entity. All submitted business details (trade license name, contact details, activities) must be truthful and accurate.

Press releases submitted for distribution must be official corporate communications. The submitting entity assumes sole responsibility for all statements, claims, and intellectual property contained within released materials.
4. Prohibited Activities & Content
The following activities are strictly prohibited on CompanyListing.ae:
- Publishing misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized commercial listings.
- Automated data scraping, bulk harvesting, or spamming platform contact channels.
- Distributing material that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or UAE cybercrime laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All site branding, directory compilation databases, design elements, and code assets are the exclusive property of CompanyListing.ae. Corporate trademarks remain the property of their respective trademark holders.
6. Limitation of Liability
CompanyListing.ae provides directory information "as is" without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, commercial losses, or third-party transactions originating from listed business profiles.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
